We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was situated right behind the terminal. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the town center and attend the nearby travel exhibition. Additionally, the hotel provided us with excellent service, including room service and car hire options. The 24-hour room service was particularly helpful, as it ensured that all our needs were met at any time of the day. The housekeeping staff were efficient and attentive, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops and commercial services within the hotel premises, which made it easy for us to purchase any essentials or souvenirs. The laundry service was an added bonus, as it allowed us to keep our clothes fresh and clean throughout our stay. The airport shuttle service, albeit paid, was a convenient option for transportation to and from the hotel.

In short, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Best aspects of my Christmas experience at this hotel were the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast buffet. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation.

I disliked the outdated and dirty rooms, as well as the lack of helpful staff. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was unpleasant and disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the North Pattaya bus terminal, to the gate behind of terminal and near to the Pattaya beach. the rooms are spacious and clean, with big bathrooms and a nice pool available. the breakfast is traditional Thai but with toast, eggs, and jam available too. Guests can enjoy lots of TV channels and catch up on their favorite shows.

The hotel doesn't offer free WiFi for its guests.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I noticed how convenient it was located near the North Pattaya bus terminal. It literally took me a few minutes of walking to get there. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impressive. I also appreciated the fact that there was a parking space available as I had rented a car during my stay. Moreover, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed since I stepped in the lobby.

Nothing not to love.

We loved the fact that our hotel room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Additionally, the hotel had an amazing rooftop pool with stunning views and a gym that was not too crowded. The hotel was also located in a great area that allowed us to easily navigate and explore the city.

It was quite disappointing that the hotel had limited breakfast options and that the staff was not very accommodating. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was rather slow and inconsistent which negatively affected our overall experience.
